If you are looking for a place to stay in Metro Manila I can highly recommend Golden 1988 Realty & Services. I am an Expat who moved to Eastwood City to spend my retirement. I was supposed to rent a very nice 2 bedroom loft apartment from another apartment manager at Le Grand 3 in Eastwood City. At the last minute, the property manager went silent on me leaving me with no place to stay after my initial AIRBNB rental expired. The AIRBNB that I was in was booked after my last day and I had no place to go. I reached out to Golden 1988 Realty & Services around 9 a.m. in the morning and had a response from Sharon Millante in minutes. She didn’t have the exact apartment that I wanted but had a suitable two-bedroom apartment also located in Le Grand 3. This made things much easier for transferring my luggage and the mattress that I had already ordered. By 2 p.m. that same day, Sharon and I met at my current apartment and I was signing a six-month lease. Sharon is one of the most responsive business professionals I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She responds to all of my inquiries right away. When a repair to my apartment was needed, she responded immediately and had technicians at my apartment right away. I have interacted with others on Sharon’s team and they have also proven to be responsive to my inquiries. I was really hoping that I could go to Golden 1988 Realty & Services when my lease ended and rent the 2 bedroom loft apartment that I originally wanted at Le Grand 3. I reached out to Sharon 3 months into my lease to inquire and she was able to get me exactly what I wanted. Sharon and the professionals at Golden 1988 Realty & Services truly strive to take care of the needs of their clients. I give them 5 Stars and an A+.
